4 Keys to Building Profitable Programs

May 18, 202310 min read

When it comes to delivering your program, stay focused on the primary outcome and avoid over-stuffing your programs. Keep your programs/courses simple, streamlined, and focused on delivering results, and you'll be well on your way to building a successful and profitable program that meets your Divine clients' needs.

As a Ladypreneur committed to partnering with God and utilizing Biblical business principles, it’s essential to build profitable programs that align with your calling and serve the needs of your Divine client. Your business is an opportunity to serve and glorify God by making profitable programs to use your gifts and talents to impact your Divine client positively.

It’s not just about making money when designing profitable programs - it’s about creating value for your Divine clients and serving them in a way that aligns with your values and mission.

Establishing profitable programs requires a holistic approach that takes into account four keys;

  • Your message (what you have to offer to match what your Divine client wants or needs)

  • The process you will teach

  • The method you will use to deliver your program

  • Having a pricing strategy based on your goals and market variables.

Profitable programs =
Win+Win Success for you and your Divine client.

Here are 4 🗝️ keys to building profitable programs to help you achieve your goals as a Ladypreneur.

🗝️#1 - A Winning Message

The first key to building profitable programs is a Winning Message that aligns with your calling and connects with your Divine clients. It serves as the foundation of your program, bridging the gap between your purpose and their needs. A winning message goes beyond descriptions and effectively communicates the value and transformation your program offers, addressing their pain points, desires, and aspirations to capture their attention and inspire action.

By tapping into your calling and aligning your message with it, you demonstrate an understanding of your Divine clients and their needs, establishing a solid connection and showing them that you can provide the solutions they seek.

This creates the groundwork for a successful and impactful program that brings financial and spiritual rewards.

"Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established" - Proverbs 16:3

Here are five steps to align your Winning Message with God:

  1. Seek God's guidance and direction through prayer and studying His Word. Set aside time daily to connect with God and ask for His wisdom and discernment as you build your programs. An excellent resource for this is The Faith Strategy Business Planner.

  2. Clarify your mission and vision for your programs by asking God to reveal His plan and purpose for them. Consider what unique talents, skills, and passions God has given you and how they can be used to serve others.

  3. Stay grounded in your faith and values by setting clear boundaries and standards for your programs. This may include deciding what products or services you will offer, who you will work with, and how you will conduct your business.

  4. Continuously evaluate your programs to ensure they align with God's will. Regularly seek feedback from your Divine clients and consider how you can improve your programs to serve their needs and desires better.

  5. Give God the glory and honor for the success of your programs. Remember that all your accomplishments and achievements are ultimately gifts from God, and thank Him for His provision and guidance along the way.

9 things you need to know to create a winning message that connects to your Divine client:

  1. Audience Demographics: Understand their age, gender, location, occupation, and income level.

  2. Psychographics: Personality type, values, interests.

  3. Pain Points: Identify their challenges, problems, or pain points.

  4. Goals and Aspirations: Determine their desired outcomes and long-term aspirations.

  5. Communication Preferences: email, Instagram or Facebook, zoom, phone calls, etc.

  6. Language and Style: their vocabulary, tone, and how they speak about their problem.

  7. Their Experience: What have they tried or bought without success?

  8. Their Mindset: What’s their belief around their problem/solution and about themselves, the market, society, others, and you?

  9. Level of understanding: How aware are they of their problem and the solution needed?

Winning Message Example: If you are a health and wellness coach, your message might be, "Transform your body, mind, and spirit with our holistic approach to health and wellness. Discover how to nourish your body, reduce stress, and find balance in your life."

🗝️#2 - A Winning Process

The second key to building profitable programs is a Winning Process that teaches your Divine client what they need to know to achieve their goals. Your process should be results-focused and help your clients achieve tangible and intangible desires.

To create a winning process that effectively teaches your Divine client and helps them achieve their goals, follow these steps:

  • Reflect on your own experiences and lessons learned.

  • Categorize your insights to create a structured framework.

  • Develop a step-by-step process for clients to follow.

  • Focus on tangible and intangible results they desire.

  • Help clients gain quick wins and build momentum.

  • Incorporate engagement and interaction for client involvement.

  • Continuously refine and improve based on feedback and results.

While there may not be specific scripture verses that mention "creating a winning process" directly, there are biblical principles that can guide us in developing effective processes and strategies. Here are a few that can be relevant to the concept of creating a winning process:

Proverbs 21:5: "The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but of every one that is hasty only to want."

This verse emphasizes the importance of diligence and careful planning. We increase our chances of achieving abundance and success by patiently approaching our process.

Proverbs 24:27: "Prepare thy work without, and make it fit for thyself in the field; and afterwards build thine house."

This verse highlights the value of preparation and laying a solid foundation before undertaking a project. It encourages us to plan and organize our work before expecting fruitful results.

Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."

This verse reminds us that we can accomplish great things with God's strength and empowerment. It encourages us to rely on God's power as we develop our winning process.

Winning Process Example: If you are a weight loss coach, your process might include a step-by-step plan for healthy eating, a fitness program tailored to each Divine client's needs, and a focus on building healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

🗝️#3 - A Winning Method

Now that you have a Winning Message and a Winning Process that delivers results, it's time to think about the Winning Method you'll use to deliver your program. This involves determining what's important to you and your Divine clients about how your program is offered.

What's important to you? Consider what works best for you and how to incorporate those values into your program.

  • Do you work a 9-5?

  • Do you value flexibility or structure?

  • Do you prefer to work with clients one-on-one or in a group setting?

What's vital to your Divine clients? By understanding what's important to your clients, you can tailor your program to meet your needs and ensure you get the most out of the experience.

  • Are they looking for a program that provides accountability and structure?

  • Do they value flexibility and the ability to work at their own pace?

How you can help your clients succeed?

  • Assess the support and resources you can provide to help them achieve their goals. For example, can you provide additional coaching or resources to help them overcome obstacles and stay on track?

  • How can you help them build momentum and gain quick wins immediately in your program?

🌟REMEMBER: When it comes to delivering your program, stay focused on the primary outcome and avoid over-stuffing your programs. Keep your programs/courses simple, streamlined, and focused on delivering results, and you'll be well on your way to building a successful and profitable program that meets your Divine clients' needs.

🗝️#4 - A Winning Pricing Strategy

When creating a Winning Pricing Strategy, it's essential to consider your goals and offer options that cater to different Divine clients’ levels of needs. This includes having low, medium, and high-priced offers with varying value and benefits. To develop these offers, you must identify what you can offer and determine the resources and capabilities required to create them.

Watch out for your Inner Dream Stealer when choosing your pricing:

  • Feeling Not Good Enough: You worry you are not as good as others or don't deserve to ask for more money.

Psalm 139:14 - "I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well."

  • Disappointing God: Concerns about not aligning with God's will and fearing greed or materialism.

Romans 8:31 - "What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?"

  • Fear of Judgment: Worries about how others perceive higher prices and being seen as money-focused or exploiting faith.

Romans 14:4 - "Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? To his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand."

  • Scaring Away Potential Clients: Fears of pricing out potential Divine clients or making the investment too daunting.

Matthew 6:26 - "Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?"

  • Fear of Failure: Uncertainty about delivering results that justify the cost, worrying about negative feedback or reputational damage.

Isaiah 41:10 - "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness."

When choosing your pricing, be mindful of fear-based thoughts (your Inner Dream Stealer) that may hinder your decision-making process. Remember 2 Timothy 1:7,

"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."

Avoid letting thoughts like "not worth it," "lack of experience/education," or fear of disappointing God or others influence your pricing decisions.

Winning Pricing Example: If you're a business coach, you could offer a low-priced option, such as a self-paced online course that provides foundational knowledge and resources. Your medium-priced offer might be a group coaching program with live sessions and additional support. Lastly, your high-priced offer could include one-on-one coaching sessions and personalized guidance.

🌟REMEMBER: Pricing is not based on your worth (you are priceless) but on the value and transformation your program brings to your Divine clients.

Conducting market research is beneficial to understand your Divine client's pricing preferences and expectations. This involves studying your competitors and analyzing market trends to ensure your pricing is competitive and aligned with the perceived value in the market.

By combining these elements and incorporating biblical principles, you can develop a winning pricing strategy that resonates with your Divine client, reflects the value you offer, and helps you achieve your business goals.
